Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms govern use of the Unravel website (unravel.gg) and the Unravel desktop application (“the App”), provided by wilbo.dev e.U., Rosnerweg 17, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria (FN 668185a).
1. Acceptance
By using the website or installing the App you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
The App is currently provided free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to install and use it for any purpose, including commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or a paid edition and change which features are free. Any such change applies going forward only and will not disable a version already installed on your device. Paid features are governed by additional purchase terms presented before payment.
3. No affiliation with Psyonix / Epic Games
Unravel is independent and not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Psyonix LLC or Epic Games, Inc. “Rocket League” and related marks belong to their respective owners. The App reads replay files produced by Rocket League and contains no game code or assets.
4. Your replay files
Replay files you open with the App remain yours and are processed locally on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any replay file you process, including where it contains data about other players.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or App for any unlawful purpose;
- use the App to violate Psyonix’s or Epic’s terms of service;
- redistribute modified copies of the App as if they were official;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure.
Interoperability analysis permitted by § 40e UrhG and applicable EU law is unaffected by this clause.
6. Intellectual property
The Unravel name, logo, website, and App (including its source code) are owned by wilbo.dev e.U. All rights reserved. The licence in clause 2 covers use of the App only; it grants no right to the source code and no right to copy, modify, decompile, or redistribute the App except as clause 5 and mandatory law allow.
7. No warranty
The website and App are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that they are error-free, uninterrupted, or that parsing results are accurate or complete.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury, and under the Austrian Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Further liability is excluded. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using the website and App at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or discontinue the website or App, in whole or in part, at any time.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Innsbruck, Austria have jurisdiction. A consumer domiciled in the EU may also sue, and can only be sued, in the courts of their country of residence, and its mandatory consumer-protection law remains unaffected.
11. Severability
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
